1. Všechny soutěžní tipy musí být podány nejpozději do pátku 11.června 2010 do 16:30 hodin. Po uplynutí této lhůty již nebude možné podat žádné tipy do této soutěže
2. Pro získání hlavní ceny ve výši 25 000 000 Kč, musí soutěžící správně určit výsledky (výhra, remíza, výhra) alespoň 45 ze 48 zápasů základních skupin Mistrovství světa ve fotbale 2010 a současně celkového vítěze Mistrovství světa ve fotbale 2010.
3. Hlavní cena v soutěži Fotbalmánie je 25 000 000 Kč v hotovosti. Tato výhra bude vyplacena v čase a způsobem, které určí výhradně Internet Opportunity Entertainment (Sports) Limited.
4. Jakékoliv vedlejší ceny budou připsány na hráčský účet, jako sázky zdarma. Sázka zdarma musí být podána jako single (tj. sázka na jednu událost). Po vyhodnocení sázky zdarma je připsána pouze čistá výhra z této sázky (tj. výhra bez původního vkladu).
5. Každý zákazník má možnost v této soutěži získat více, než jednu cenu pokud si podal více soutěžních tipů.
6. Všechy vedlejší ceny v podobě sázek zdarma budou připsány na hráčský účet do 48 hodin po skončení zápasů v základních skupinách.
7. Všechny připsané sázky zdarma musí být využity do 11. července 2010 do 23:59 hodin, poté jejich platnost vyprší.
8. Tato soutěž zahrnuje pouze jednu (1) hlavní cenu. V případě, že vítězů bude více, tato cena se mezi ně rozdělí rovným dílem.
9. Vedlejší ceny budu rozděleny rovným dílem mezi vítěze v příslušném poměru.
10. Každý zákazník může podat do soutěže pouze jeden (1) tip denně.
11. Uzavřením sázky v minimální výši 250 Kč s kurzem 1.2 nebo vyšším na JAKOUKOLIV sportovní událost získá zákazník možnost podat jeden (1) soutěžní tip.
12. V případě, že bude zjištěno, že se některý zákazník pokusil zapojit do soutěže pomocí více založených hráčských účtů, budou všechny jeho tipy zrušeny a anulovány.
13. Pro účely vyhodnocení této soutěže budou použity oficiální výsledky turnaje zveřejněné řídícím orgánem turnaje (FIFA).
14. V případě, zrušení, přesunutí, či odložení jakéhokoliv zápasu může být tato nabídka zrušena a anulována.
15. Vítězové budou kontaktováni emailem nejpozději do 48 hodin od oznámení výsledků.
16. Sportingbet si vyhrazuje právo odepřít účast v soutěži některým držitelům účtů.
17. Zaměstnanci společnosti Sportingbet nebo jiné společnosti, která se na této soutěži podílí se nemohou této soutěže zúčastnit.
18. Účastí v této soutěži hráč potvrzuje, že veškeré uvedené informace jsou pravdivé, správné a kompletní.
19. Účastí v této soutěži dává soutěžící souhlas, že v případě získání hlavní ceny 25 000 000 Kč nebo podílu z hlavní ceny, bude společnosti Sportingbet k dispozici, za účelem přiměřené marketingové i mediální publicity, zahrnující uvedení fotografií a rozhovorů pro společnost Sportingbet.
20. Této soutěže se mohou účastnit pouze hráči starší 18 let.

The following terms and conditions govern your entry into the Imperial E-Club Limited trading as Titan Bet (“Titan Bet”) prediction competition (the “Competition”).

* 1.1 Titan Bet is offering a prize of a USD$100,000,000 Titan Bet account credit to participants in the Competition who correctly predict the result of all 64 matches at the FIFA World Cup in South Africa, 2010 (a “Winner”).
* 1.2 If more than one participant correctly predicts all 64 results, Titan Bet will divide the USD$100,000,000 credit equally among the Winners (the “Winners”).
* 1.3 In the event that no participant correctly predicts all 64 results, Titan Bet guarantees USD$1,000,000 Titan Bet account credit to the participant with the most correct predictions (a “Best Entrant”).
* 1.4 In the event that no participant successfully predicts all 64 results and one or more participants successfully predict the highest number of correct results, Titan Bet will divide the $1,000,000 credit equally among the Best Entrants (the “Best Entrants”).
* 1.5 Participants must comply with the eligibility requirements of these terms and conditions, but there is no entry fee for the Competition.

* 1.7 The predictions available to you for all group stage games are “first named team win”, “second named team win” or draw. Accordingly, in the opening FIFA World Cup match of South Africa versus Mexico, you can predict a “South Africa win”, “Mexico win” or draw. The win or draw result will be determined at the end of 90 minutes play (plus injury time) and the result at the end of this period will stand for the purposes of the Competition.
* 1.8 The predictions available to you for all knock-out stage games are “first named team to progress” or “second named team to progress”. Accordingly, you must pick the team that progresses to the next round, inclusive of and based on any extra time and penalty shoot-out, if applicable.
* 1.9 The predictions available to you for the final and the 3rd/4th place play off are “first named team victory” or “second named team victory”. Accordingly, you must pick the team that ultimately triumphs in the contest, inclusive of and based on any extra time and penalty shoot-out, if applicable.
* 1.10 In the case of matches in the knock-out stages (and the final and 3rd/4th place play off) between teams that are yet to be determined, you will be presented with the formula for deciding the first named team and the second-named team (e.g. Winner Group A v Runner-up Group B), but will obviously be required to make your decision based on your calculation of the probable teams in this fixture.
* 1.11 In the event of any match being abandoned and/or postponed, the result at the time of any such abandonment will be ignored and the result of the rescheduled fixture will apply for the purposes of the Competition.
* 1.12 You can edit your predictions on the Competition Site until the closing date (see clause 1.23 below) using your specific log in details for the Competition Site, created when you first submitted your predictions. You can also edit your predictions in your Titan Bet customer account, using the “My Account” section to access your prediction form.
* 1.13 The Competition Site will be available in multiple languages, but to complete the process of entry into the Competition, you will need to sign up for a Titan Bet customer account and place your valid bet of £/$/€1 or more in either English, German, French, Italian or Spanish.
* 1.14 You must be aged 18 years or over to sign up for a customer account with Titan bet and participate in the Competition. All underage entries will be void.
* 1.15 All prizes will be allocated to your Titan Bet customer account in your selected account currency. The amount credited will be equivalent to: (i) in a case of a Winner or Winners - the amount of the annual USD withdrawn limitation (in accordance with clause 1.22) according to the exchange rate on 11 July 2010; or (ii) in a case of a Best Entrant or Best Entrants - the amount of the monthly USD withdrawn limitation (in accordance with clause 1.22) according to the exchange rate on 11 July 2010.
* 1.16 Titan Bet reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Competition and/or these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
* 1.17 You may enter the Competition once only.
* 1.18 None of the employees, nor any family members of employees, of Titan Bet and its affiliate companies, their agents or those of their respective group companies may take part in the Competition.
* 1.19 Fraudulent, incorrect, multiple or incomplete entries will not be accepted and Titan Bet shall not be liability if any entry is not received, for whatever reason.

* 1.22 Prizes will be credited to the successful participant’s betting account and are personal to the successful participant and not transferable or exchangeable. In the event that you are a Winner, the maximum annual amount of prize money that may be withdrawn from your customer account is USD$2,500,000. In the event of several Winners, Titan Bet will divide the USD$2,500,000 annual withdrawn limit equally among the Winners. In the event that you are a Best Entrant, the maximum monthly amount of prize money that may be withdrawn from your customer account is USD$20,000. In the event of several Best Entrants, Titan Bet will divide the USD$20,000 monthly withdrawn limit equally among the Best Entrants.
* 1.23 The closing date for entries to the Competition is 10 June 2010, 15:00 GMT. All entries received or amendments to predictions made after this date will be invalid.
* 1.24 The decision of Titan Bet in respect of any matter concerning the Competition is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
* 1.25 Winners and participants in the Competition agree to all reasonable publicity of their personality, television media interviews, press releases and website promotions. No further consideration shall be payable for a participant's agreement to the foregoing.
* 1.26 These Competition specific terms and conditions are without prejudice to our standard terms and conditions. To the extent that these Competition terms and conditions are inconsistent with our standard terms and conditions, our standard terms and conditions shall prevail.
* 1.27 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
